CURRENT OPENINGS: Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) will assist the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Consultant in growing Bowman Sales in order to meet or exceed revenue growth goals.  Most time in this role will be spent proactively and reactively supporting the Field Sales Team, distributor partners, and end user customers.  Other responsibilities include business partner account management, sales funnel communications, and ongoing education of Field Sales Team, a network of Independent Manufacturing Representative Groups.  

Location: Qualified candidates must report daily to Bowman Dispenser corporate offices in Arlington, WA, United States. 

Essential responsibilities:

Assist in the education of the Field Sales Team, a network of Independent Manufacturing Representative groups, that represent Bowman across USA and Canada
•Provide Field sales team with timely and effective product solutions aligned with client’s needs
•Prepare formal price quotations to Field Sales team and distribution partners
•Assist with sales funnel communications and follow up with Field Sales Team
•Responsible for professional relationships with assigned, smaller accounts for B2B communications, conflict resolution, commercial efficiencies, compliance on deliverables, and revenue generation
•Provide weekly updates on key sales opportunities and account management metrics / activities
•Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
•Very minimal travel may be required for an occasional trade show

Our ideal candidate will have:
•Bachelor’s degree
•2+ years in field sales (Medical / Healthcare industry preferred)
•Proven Account Management skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
•Healthcare Distribution industry account management experience is preferred.

Special Qualifications and/or Remarks:
•All business expenses will be reimbursed.
•Approximate overnight travel: 2% 
•Territory includes:  National
